The Amazing Spider-Man #6 (Marvel, 1963) CGC VG 4.0 Off-white to white pages....
The Amazing Spider-Man #6 (Marvel, 1963) CGC VG 4.0 Off-white to white pages. The Lizard (Doctor Curtis Connor) looks a bit different in this issue, and that's because its his origin and first appearance. It wouldn't be until John Romita Sr. got his hands on the character that he would wear a white lab coat and develop a more reptilian snout! However, for this issue, the cover and story art are by the one and only Steve Ditko (whose shoulders Romita Sr. would later stand on). Overstreet 2026 VG 4.0 value = $640. CGC census 9/26: 371 in 4.0, 1887 higher. HID09710052018 © 2026 Heritage Auctions | All Rights Reserved www.HA.com/TexasAuctioneerLicenseNotice
