The Disney Store - Scrooge McDuck, Huey, Dewey, and Louie Character Display Figures Group of 4 (Walt Disney, c. 1990s-2000s). Scrooge McDuck fans look no further, offered in this lot is a spectacular group of rare Disney Story character display figures of Uncle Scrooge and his nephews Huey, Dewey, and Louie from The Disney Store. These delightful fiberglass figures served as actual displays in The Disney Store and were never sold to the public. As such, they are highly sought-after by avid collectors. The display itself was titled "Earth Quack," depicting the characters in an underground mine. Immensely popular with customers, these oversized character props inspired the highly collectible Disney Big Figs which were sold exclusively through Disney retail stores, parks, and catalogs throughout the late 90s and early 2000s. These figures of Huey, Dewey, and Louie measure approximately 16", 19" and 17" tall. Scrooge measures an impressive 25" x 26" and comes with a removable top hat. The lot includes a small metal base for Huey, and Scrooge is missing his pair of spectacles (some scuffing and a small nail can be seen where his glasses were). Another set of glasses is included in the lot from a different Scrooge McDuck figure. These coveted store props exhibit typical wear from years of use in the Disney Stores. Despite light cracking, paint chips, scuffs, and scratches as expected, these props will display nicely in any animation collection.
