Desirable, LARGE PAPER copy, the two vols. of the first part possibly a presentation copy. Occas. sl. foxed; part 2 skipping p. 807-808 as always. First vol. of part 1 leather of upper joint splitting but holding well on chords; headcap almost invisibly restored. Vol. 2 head- and footcap neatly restored. With unidentified owner's entry dated 1870 on first free endpaper. A beautiful set of this extensive, richly illustrated description of The Hague.
