Dearborn of Roxbury, Massachusetts, and reads in part: “...Mr. Barry remarked it would be better to have the charge of the Delegates in one Bill, should it meet your views, will thank you to name your amount, and as soon as it may be received, shall be transmitted…” Fine condition.
