Appears to retain its original cast brass hardware and possibly its original surface; with old paper label on reverse inscribed John Nicholls Estabrook, Salem House, Oct. 1936.
Height 32 1/2 in. by Width 40 in. by Depth 21 in.; Case Width 37 in.

Condition Report:
Secondary wood: white pine. In overall very fine condition retaining rich, dark color throughout. Appears to retain its original hardware. Stop blocks and back interior of chest replaced. Crack to front proper right foot facing and proper left foot facings.
