Niebling, Paper Art, Newburyport, Massachusetts, with letter original introductory letter signed by William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, portfolio CD-ROM, and all housed within the original blue cloth boards portfolio, portfolio ht. 17 3/4, wd. 13 3/4 in.
Note: While an edition of 500 was slated, there were apparently only 380 actually printed.
