The Payne Popeyed Porphyry Birdstone. 4" in length. A very well proportioned Porphyry Popeye. Found in White Co, IN. The front ridge had a small area of repair. Very well made, one of the best. Ex-Gary Cuckler, Oliver Skrivane, Steve Fuller, Earl Townsend, Richard K. Meyer, Judge Edward Payne, Leslie Hills. Meyer acquired at the Payne sale in August 1935. Very well documented.
