This is a first printing "B," with the figure and words "The Sound" outlined in a magenta/lavender color. Bill Graham coined the "The Sound" to describe the home-brew, local San Francisco bands that he featured at his venues. Considered one of artist Wes Wilson's best works. The string of concerts featured Jefferson Airplane, Muddy Waters, and the Butterfield Blues Band.
Condition Report: General light wear with some faint staining, pinholes and some small chips and tears at edges and corners, hole punch to middle of top margin, backside with tape residue and some small abraded areas; very good.
