[ translate ]

Unframed: 58 x 20 in. (147 x 51 cm)

During the 1960s Japan produced some of the most striking film posters. This piece captures everything you could want in this classic Steve McQueen film. The artwork is unique to this size piece. This poster was printed in two sheets, and overlapped to form one piece when linen backed.

This film was directed and produced by Norman Jewison, and stars Steve McQueen and Faye Dunaway. There is great on-screen chemistry between McQueen and Dunaway. McQueen plays the charming businessman Thomas Crown, who thinks that he has accomplished the perfect multi-million dollar robbery, until he meets Vicki Anderson (insurance investigator), played by Dunaway, who has been employed to investigate the robbery.
