It contains 258 full or even double-page illustrations of monuments, from ancient roman times up to gothic and Renaissance-style cathedrals and castles. Each spine with a little tear, the cover of Vol. 1 with a crack, rubbed. Strong paper, with foxing mostly in the white margins. Strong print of excellent quality.
