Condition Report:
The canvas is wax lined. The paint surface is stable and in good condition but soiled. Patterns of craquelure throughout, notably at center. Under UV light, areas of retouching along all edges; in places throughout the background, to the lion, notably its paw, mouth, above it's eye, nose, and in the fur around its ear.
