The complete list of subscribers is at the back of the book. Published Privately by The De Vinne Press and published by The North American, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, 1922. First Printing, No. 75 of 300 copies.65 immaculate pages with 12 black & white photos. Bound in vellum with light green coated paper overlaid on the covers, gilt titling on the spine. 9-1/8? tall x 6-1/4? wide x 3/8? thick.
