The complete books, the first comprising 20 etchings and aquatints, two printed in colors, 1932-55, signed in pencil on the justification and stamp-numbered 100, from the edition of 150, on Montval paper, with title and text in Greek by Hesiod, printed by Visat, contained in the original paper wrappers, black paper-covered boards and slipcase, the second comprising five etchings and aquatints, 1950, stamp-numbered 60, from the edition of 100, on Auvergne laid paper, with text in French translated by Jacques Bacot, printed by Signovert, contained in the original parchment portfolio with title, each loose (as issued), published by Maeght, Paris (25 prints)

Condition Report:
The prints are in good condition and the sheets are full. Faint discoloration to the sheets, darker at the sheet edges, and some with an occasional small fox mark, slight crease or spot of surface soiling. One text page of Milarepa with a spot of staining and the interior cover of Theogonie with small losses to the varnish. The covers and slipcases of each book with some scuffs and minor wear.
