From the iconic Portfolio done for the first exhibition of posters held in Saint Pertersbourg in 1897.
Dimensions:
+ Size of the sheet: 34 x 25,5 cm / 13.4 x 10 in.
+ Size of the image: 21,5 x 15 cm / 8,5 x 5,9 in.

The portfolio consisted of 39 lithographic plates (smaller versions) of the greatest posters printed between 1890 and 1897.
Many of the images in the series are so rare that they can be found today in no other format.
Much like the famous Maitre de L'Affiche series created by Cheret in Paris, the portfolio celebrated the rise of the poster in europe at the trun of the XIX century.
Printed in S. Petersbourg by Imprimerie de la Cour Imperiale. R. Golicke.

Condition Report: Condition: In good condition, with soft handling creases at the edges and some minor stains in the margins. Paper slightly yellowed. One minor missing part on the bottom right corner and some minor folds on the top right and left corners (please check the pictures).
