Theropod Dinosaur Tooth Spinosaurus sp. Late Cretaceous Kem Kem Basin, Morocco Measuring 4 inches (10 cm) in length, this theropod tooth comes from an ominous Spinosaurus dinosaur which was larger than T-rex. The unique-looking, fin-backed monster from the Cretaceous dominated an ancient landscape in what is now Morocco. Out of the famous Kem Kem Beds, this fossil has a primarily reddish coloration, with a lot of preserved enamel and a relatively minimal amount of restoration work.
