The Offset Lithograph bears the artists authorized signature, is numbered and designated G./P. The purchase of the lot includes a Certificate of Limitation & Authenticity. This print is 708 of 1240. In order to protect his royalties after gaining popularity Kinkade began using his own DNA to mark each one of his pieces. In order to do this Kinkade had to use a signature auto pen. This DNA technology is known as DNA Matrix Double Security Signature Authentication System. See the back of the canvas for this identifier plaque.
The frame is approx 33 1/4" x 2 1/4" x 27 1/4" while the canvas is approx 18" x 25". Total weight is approx 9.5lbs. Overall the canvas is in excellent used condition with no noticeable flaws.
