Three 19/20th C. Grand Tour Bronze Figures
British and Continental, 19th and 20th century. Comprising of a bust of George IV as a Caesar, after Sir Francis Chantrey (English, 1781-1841) and attributed to Rundell, Bridge & Rundell (English, 1797–1843), a seated figure of Athena on a wooden faux marble base and a bust of Hermes after Eugen Bormel (German, 1858-1932). The bust of Hermes signed E. Bormel. Approx. of Athena, h. 8.5", dia. 3".
Condition Report: Areas rubbed on George IV with loss of crispness to text and medals; element missing on Athena's helmet.
