Noting shrinkage to the bone material; nicely painted French portrait of a Royal Personage, well detailed of a Queen in full regalia, seated on a thrown while holding a crown, artist signed lower right, nicely chased french frame, framed size 3.5" width, 5.5" to top of frame wreath.
