the first in mahogany veneers, George III rectangular form with molded lid, brass swing handle and escutcheon, divided interior with four compartments, sugar well retaining tin liner, on bracket feet (5 3/4 x 9 1/4 x 5 3/8 in.); the second in figured satin wood, first quarter 19th century, rectangular form with canted corners, light and dark wood edge inlays and inlaid escutcheon, opens to twin lidded compartments (5 x 7 3/8 x 4 1/4 in.); the third in burl veneers, mid 19th century, rectangular form with domed lid having fancy inlaid cartouche etched TEA, mixed wood inlays and inlaid escutcheon, opens to twin lidded compartments, likely original tin papered lining with attractive diapered decoration (4 3/8 x 7 5/8 x 5 1/8 in.).

Condition Report: Some scratched to veneers and scattered small inlay losses, some with associated repairs; George III form with some separation cracks to central lid panel, patch repair to front lid; satinwood form with crack to rear corner, lid sits slightly ajar, interior covers likely later.
