Three Chinese blue and white bowls with reticulated sides and one with cut glaze to imitate reticulation
Early Qing dynasty, 17th century
Each painted with medallions, variously of flowers, landscapes and pencil-drawn fruit, the smallest with cut out glaze to reveal the biscuit in imitation of the reticulated pattern of the other three, and with a lingzhi to the interior, the bases variously glazed and unglazed, 11.6cm, 9.8cm, 9cm and 8.4cm diameters (4).

Condition Report:
Largest: extensive nibbling and fritting to rim.
Second largest: several rim chips, one long rim hairline and two short ones. A couple of small losses to the reticulated design.
Second smallest: two small infilled rim nibbles with associated hairlines (one very long), two further hairlines, and a large rim chip. At least one small loss to reticulated design.
Smallest, approx. 7cm wide U-shaped rim section broken off and restuck, and at least three small rim chips.
