Of rectangular form with cavetto edge and engraved decoration of foliate forms and lattice work, with a gilt interior and hinged pressed and drill pierced grill of roses and thistles. Together with another example Birmingham 1833 by Thomas Shaw, with reeded sides foliate engraved decoration initialled JSW the interior with pierced grill of foliate forms and another Birmingham 1819 by T Simpson & Son with foliate rims and a hinged grill of scroll work. All fully marked. (3)
