Three Pieces of Amber Moon and Star Pattern Pressed Glass

A trio of amber-colored pressed glass items in the Moon and Star pattern, a design characterized by large circular depressions with starburst centers and elongated oval thumbprints. The group consists of one large cylindrical canister with a domed lid, one smaller cylindrical canister with a domed lid, and one footed compote with a scalloped rim. Each piece is constructed from transparent amber glass with thick, molded walls. The large canister stands on a flat base with vertical pill-shaped panels around the body, capped by a lid with a matching starburst finial. The smaller canister repeats the pattern on a reduced scale. The compote features a deep bowl with a decorative scalloped edge, supported by a short pedestal stem that flares into a circular foot decorated with the same star motif.
