Three Pieces of Studio Art Glass, Including Two Correia
Three pieces of studio art glass. The first a heavy ovoid vase with a small circular mouth and cobalt-lined neck, the clear-cased body internally decorated with swirling cobalt, teal, silvery-grey and opalescent white trails throughout a matrix of controlled air bubbles, signed in script on the polished base, signed P. Strong, 5 ½"H. The second a faceted column vase of rounded rectangular section in heavy clear casing, internally decorated with a cobalt blue latticework net over an iridescent pink-white core, by Correia, 4 ¼"H. The third a spherical paperweight, the upper half opaque black with an opalescent crescent moon, the lower half with combed blue and white waves, flat polished base, by Correia, 3"H.
Condition: Very Good. No chips, cracks, or losses found. Polished bases with light surface scratching consistent with shelf wear.
