Three United States Marine Corps Vietnam Era Utility Caps Including 1967 Dated Example and

A lot of three United States Marine Corps (USMC) utility caps, consisting of two sateen cotton examples and one herringbone twill example. The first cap is constructed from olive drab sateen cotton and features a black stenciled Eagle, Globe, and Anchor (EGA) emblem on the front panel. The interior contains a white fabric label that reads: CAP, UTILITY, COTTON / SATEEN OG-107 (MC) / DSA100-67-C-3607 / 8405-285-2069 / SMALL. The contract number indicates a 1967 production date. The second cap is also made of olive drab sateen cotton but lacks a front stencil. The third cap is constructed from olive drab herringbone twill (HBT) fabric, characterized by a distinct chevron-like weave, and features a stenciled black USMC EGA emblem on the front panel. All caps are designed with a circular crown, side ventilation grommets, and a reinforced stitched brim. Pickup is Monday, Nov. 9, from 11 am to 7 pm at our facility in Lancaster, OH. Alternate pickup day is available by appointment for a $5 fee per lot, or we will provide in-house shipping for this item.
