Three Victorian 10 carat gold propelling pencils, by Sampson Mordan & Co circa 1880
each of a similar hexagonal form with baluster finial. Two with engraved names and dates, one reading ‘Presented to Mr F.E.Thompson by the employees of messrs J.Feline & Co of the St James Brassfoundry, Wolverhampton, June 30th 1881. Each with hardstone tops, all marked with Mordan’s arrow mark for 10 carat gold. (3)
