Three antisemitic and anti-British postcards depicting the preference of the British Mandate leaders for Jews over Arabs in Eretz Israel. c. 1920s.
Postcards:
The head of the Grand Mufti of Jerusalem Haj Amin al-Husseini is presented to Chaim Weizmann on a platter by the King of England George VI (at the time of the Arab Rebellion 1936-1939) wearing a Star of David crown, following the Balfour Declaration (1917). The British police beat Arab forced laborers with rifles. Arabs hanging from the rifle of a British soldier in Eretz Israel and sarcastic Arabic text regarding the hope for freedom and independence from the employment countries.
