Three aventurine glass snuff bottles
18th/19th century
The first a black bottle with rich gold splashes; the second a brilliant transparent blue bottle of slender tapering outline, with a wide mouth, thin flat lip, sensitively finished, raised and recessed oval foot, the metal with random gold droplets; the third a white and green layered bottle with arrayed gold and deeper green flecks and streaks.
