Three silver Royal Welsh Fusiliers menu-card or place-card holders, 1907-08.

In the form of the Welsh Dragon rampant, 64 mm high, mounted upon a round socle, 64 mm diameter, engraved with the initials, in Gothic script, R.W.F.; each dragon backed by a loop for the retention of a card and the socles weighted and struck with the hallmarks for the London assaying year 1907-08 and the maker's mark of Henry John and Albert Edward Batson; the socles' bases of black Russia leather (2) and green baize (1).

Very slight distortion to two but otherwise very good condition.

The date of these items implies that they may have been a wedding present for Dobell, who married on 3rd March 1908.
