TIBALDI: Giorgio Armani Regal Collection Special Edition guarantees its reputation as one of the most notable pen makers of the 21st century with this high quality ballpoint pen. Manufactured by highly skilled craftsmen, to the most demanding specifications, they achieve a design standard rivalled by few and surpassed by none. The ballpoint pen, carved in a single sterling silver bar and are turned by hand to create a wavy guilloché pattern, based on the fine guilloché of 16th-century clocks. Nine layers of translucent lacquer are applied by hand; enamelled sterling parts are coated with ruthenium (a rare component of platinum ore, of which only 12 tonnes are extracted annually) . The lid display the proud Armani insignia. These pens are wonders of art and engineering; With their elegant lines and luxurious manoeuvrability, they are truly the equivalent writing instrument of luxury automobiles.
