Consisting of 1 center natural star sapphire with Blue/Gray color, 12.0 mm x 8.75 mm deep, flanked by 4 diamond baguettes, approximately .09 ct each, and 2 round cut diamonds, approximately .02 ct each. Marked "Tiffany & Co." and "IRID PLAT". 7.7 grams total weight. Minor wear and scratches, in original box. Size 6 1/4+ (sized).
