Tiffany & Co. Sapphire bracelet, 1920s

Designed as a slightly graduated line of calibré-cut sapphires, length approximately 175mm, signed Tiffany & Co.

Accompanied by SSEF report no. 137209, dated 2 April 2024, stating that the sapphires are of Basaltic origin, a majority of the tested sapphires with no indications of heating.

Condition Report:
Accompanied by SSEF report no. 137209, dated 2 April 2024, stating that the step-cut sapphires, measuring approximately from 6.30 x 6.00 x 3.70mm to 5.25 x 4.80 x 3.00mm, are of Basaltic origin, a majority of the tested sapphires with no indications of heating.

Signed TIFFANY & Co. Sapphires estimated to weigh a total of approximately 22.00 - 24.00 carats, slightly violetish blue of medium strong saturation, eye-clean to slightly included, colour zoning to some examples, chips, nicks, abrasions to the facet junctions. Scratches to the metal consistent with age and wear. Profile of the bracelet finely engraved with a meander pattern. In good condition. Width approximately 7mm. Gross weight approximately 30 grams.
