This is one of the rarest watches I have ever seen. Patek Philippe reproduced it several years ago. This one is nearly new condition. While the dial shows some patina it is certainly original (most of the patina can be removed though through careful cleaning). The case is in nearly new condition. There are two buttons on the sides of the case to open it.
The movement is very high grade on level of Patek Philippe and made by a small house in Switzerland; Cresarrow Watch Company. This is a unique watch for a serious collector. It is also in excellent running condition. You can wear all the time.
