Tiffany & Co c1900 Swiss Ladies 18k Gold Pendant Watch

This is a lovely Tiffany & Co ladies pendant watch. Rendered in fine 18k yellow gold, it features a white dial with elegant black and red Arabic numerals. The inside of the case is stamped for 18k and "74979". The outer case is hand-marked "216598R" and "-1248 [pi symbol]". The inner case is marked "31080E" and bears the same stamps as the outer case. This watch features a Swiss movement. The watch is 1 3/4" tall to the top of the loop.
Condition Report: General wear consistent with age and use. There are scratches to the gold inside the case. This watch runs.
