Analysis of the ownership through the years of a lot on Mason between Francisco and Vanderwater, in San Francisco's North Beach district. The lot was subdivided, and a purchaser evidently wanted to build a house, with a sketch of the plan on a separate sheet of tracing paper, and a manuscript description of the project dated Sept. 26, 1906, just post-Earthquake. Also present is a contract for the building project with the same date.
