Condition report:

In very good overall condition. Sheet very gently toned with time, particularly along extreme edges. One or two spots of potentially early foxing, may be intrinsic to paper. Slight deckling to each edge. Small crease running diagonally across bottom left corner. Small contained spot of discoloration from handling to upper left edge, unobtrusive.
