Toni Cimino, born in Cropani (Cz) in 1962, attended art high school and a course in advertising graphics, then continued his studies as a self-taught artist, increasingly delving into the technique of oil on canvas and wood. Cimino's artistic language is particularly oriented towards landscapes and flowers, from which he manages to capture the most secret messages. In his works we read suggestive atmospheres, which unequivocally denote the emotions of his soul. With a post-impressionist style, which is not limited to the cold reproduction of the subjects, but elaborates lights and shadows with extraordinary chromatic orchestration.
