Torbernite Katanga (Shaba) Democratic Republic of the Congo It is hard to be unimpressed with this amazing specimen of bladed and clustered Torbernite from Katanga. This matrix specimen is completely covered with dark "apple green" crystals which display amazing luster. These incredibly well-formed, tabular crystals are stunning as they rise off the dark gray matrix. An additional bonus fact about this aesthetic piece is that it is radioactive. A collection label of "7062" is affixed to the bottom. This is simply a very good Torbernite specimen. Overall Measurements: 2.58 x 2.18 x 1.44 inches (6.55 x 5.53 x 3.66 cm) Provenance: Central Coast Collection [Scale: 1 inch, with mark at 1 cm]
