Ca. 5 cm high, silver, case number 2439, very fine enamel work with engine turned enamel, back signed, lever movement number 160300, excellent preserved and very beautiful enamel dial, Breguet steel hands, in very good condition, movement intact, cleaning recommended, extremely rare.
