Antique Tremont Watch Co., Boston, Massachusetts circa 1864 Civil War era coin silver hunter case pocket watch. Pocketwatch is size 18s with gilt movement finish, 15j. Key (included) wind. Serial number 8794. Porcelain dial has minor hairline and chip at 7 o'clock. Turned case is marked COIN and measures approx. 58mm. Overall weight is 158.5 grams. Case is monogrammed JGH. Watch runs but has not been tested for accuracy. Watch has general wear commensurate with age. See photos for more details on condition.
