Condition Report:
The work has been examined framed. The canvas is not lined. Examination under UV light reveals a small diagonal line of retouching (approx. 1cm long), probably repaired tear, towards the centre of the upper edge. There is some minor frame rubbing along the extreme edges. There are hairline lines of craquelure in places. There are tiny dots of paint losses in places notably in the blue pigment. There are scattered bristles from artist's brush ingrained in places. Colours are very fresh and well preserved. This work is in overall good condition.
