Triumph - Bonneville T120R - 650 cc - 1973
Beautiful and good Triumph Bonneville T120R. The motorbike is very well preserved and still in almost original condition. The last owner acquired the bike in 2004. The first owner bought the bike new in 1973 and owned it until 1997. A full engine block overhaul was performed by "Mr. Jim', the crankshaft was overhauled, the pistons replaced, bearings and seals replaced, etc. Stronger beams were mounted and the ignition was replaced by an electronic one which has greatly benefited reliability. Starting with both a cold and hot engine has also been greatly improved. Less than 5,000 km were driven since the revision. The tyres, the chain and sprockets are in fine condition. After the revision, the bike turned out to be very reliable, we still have from the period before the revision a five-litre tin of Castrol 20W50 oil and a toolbox with spare parts, bolts and various new rubbers. It is exempt from road tax (in The Netherlands) . The registration certificate is still the old paper version. Export documents can be arranged for 100 euros. We can help with transport.
