Triumph - TR6 - 1969

Beautiful Triumph TR6 from a Dutch private collection. For sale due to personal circumstances. Very neat, original and very well-maintained, driving car. It is stored with great care in a covered, heated space. Originally delivered in San Francisco (see last photo: certified copy of factory record) . For the connoisseur: prepared, delivered and maintained by Piet Moses. After Moses' death in 2017, the maintenance was taken over by Imparts in Ede. All invoices for the past 15 years are available for inspection. This Triumph is a well-known car at the Dutch TR6 club, they can support the car’s technical condition if needed. The car is equipped with a new stabilizer rod, immobilizer, Moto-Lita sports steering wheel, stainless steel exhaust system, door-mounted chrome / stainless steel exterior mirrors and HELLA high-beam headlight and fog lamps mounted on the front bumper. Everything is in neat condition. Valuation report 2019: replacement value €35,000. Engine: Equipped with two Stromberg carburettors with a joint air filter, an AC dynamo and polished aluminium valve cover. Complete overhaul of engine, gearbox and overdrive carried out in 2006. This was done under the authority of Piet Mozes. Since then approx. 5,000 miles driven. As far as we can see, everything is in very neat, original and complete condition, minimal to normal signs of wear in places. Dashboard, instruments and controls: Clear lacquered woodwork all around and finished in black, most in very neat, original and complete condition, minimal to unnoticeable signs of wear in places. Top and top cover: Black artificial leather and in very neat condition, minimal wear in places. Chrome / stainless steel and aluminium parts: In very neat, original and complete condition, minimal wear in places. Lighting: In very neat, original and complete condition, minimal wear in places. Wheels: Sprayed grey metallic, pressed steel rims, in very neat, original and complete condition, minimal wear in places. Tyres: Dunlop 195/65 R15 in neat condition with signs of wear, they would pass the periodic inspection. Boot: In very neat, original and complete condition, minimal wear in places. General technical condition: As far as we can see in very neat, original and complete condition, minimal to normal signs of wear in places. Engine compartment: As far as we can see in very neat, original and sleek condition, minimal to normal signs of wear. The car is in central Netherlands and can be viewed by appointment.
