18 kt., composed of 15 turquoise beads approximately 29.0 to 18.0 mm., spaced by 4 sapphire beads, the two center flanking beads capped with a cluster of oval cabochon sapphires, joined by ten strands of tumbled turquoise beads, signed Sabbadini, one sapphire missing. Length 19 1/2 inches.

With GIA report no. 1192032526 stating natural turquoise, treated by a proprietary process that decreases its natural porosity without using polymers.
