Two Antique Goosewing Axes
First ax is an 18th century goosewing hewing side ax. Deeply embossed, stamped and has touch marks "KK". Overall length is 25 inches, and cutting blade is 16.25". Second is a right handed classic Pennsylvania German goosewing ax. Early 19th century, with a 15 inch bevel chisel edge, "Alexandria" molding shape on the profile. Hand forged, excellent blacksmith trade example. (Size and weight should be taken into account for shipping)
