VG/VG-EX condition. 2) Margaret Elder Philbrick (Massachusetts 1914 - 1999) pencil signed (lower center) signed etching. Title 'July Afternoon' in pencil lower left of sheet. Measures 12-in. x 15.375-in. sheet size. VG/VG-EX condition. Both unframed, loose and not mounted or glued down. If lot is absent of a condition report a condition report may be requested via email.
