Two Chinese cups and saucers, late 19th century, modelled as flowers, decorated with figures and goats within scrolling foliate border, on encrusted stem supports, cups 5.2cm high, saucers 11.5cm dia., together with a Chinese style porcelain and gilt metal mounted box, decorated with panels of blossoming flowers, 6cm high, 11cm wide, 11cm deep; a Meissen cup and saucer, of lobed form, with vignettes of birds and flowers on a maroon ground with birds, butterflies and flowers, having gilt rims, bearing blue crossed swords mark to undersides, cup 11cm wide, saucer 13.1cm wide; and a Chinese famille rose punch bowl, 18th century, decorated with blossoming flowers and butterflies, 26.5cm diameter (8)
Chinese cups and saucers - Restoration to one cup and one saucer. All with chips to edges and some rubbing to paint and surface scratches. Box - loss of gilt to metal with some warping and cracks to reverse by hinge. Hairline cracks to front. Otherwise with surface scratches and minor rubbing. Meissen saucer heavily restored, repainted to top, with yellow finish to top and underside. Cup with vertical crack near to handle. Engrained dirt to underside. Some surface scratching. Chinese bowl - numerous breaks with some cracks repaired with metal staples/rivets. Chip to rim with pieces missing.
