The first enamelled with shaped medallions of scholars and their boy attendants in gardens, the white ground interspersed with insects and flowers, the base with a double ring in underglaze blue, 34.5cm high; the second of pear-shaped form, enamelled with roundels of scholars against and iron red swirling ground with scattered flowers, 24cm high (2).
