Two Chinese teapots, 20th century, one of ovoid form with reeded handle and curved spout, painted to the body with figural domestic scenes beneath panelled border, red mark to the underside, 19cm high overall, the other of globular form with curved handle and straight spout, with painted landscape scenes with deer to the body and cover, 13cm high overall (2)
The rim and most of the cover of the ovoid teapot has been restored, the gilt highlights rubbed and fading. A crack to the handle of the globular teapot and loss to the rim of the spout, the finial of the cover lacking the outer glaze, the cover with large losses to the rim.
