Two Delft polychrome pottery plates

A very fine pair of Delft faience plates. Decorated with a central large cartouche, and four smaller cartouches in the border, showing blue and white scenes of landscapes and boats sailing on open waters. The borders with dense florals in green, blue and yellow on a brownish red ground. Not marked.

Good condition. Light wear around the rims.
