Two Florence maiolica small two-handled vases, late 19th century, manganese cockerel marks for the Cantagali workshop, manganese A mark to one and 31 (?) to the other, each of globular form on three paw feet, with waisted necks and scrolling snake handles, painted in the mid-16th century Urbino style with mountainous river landscapes, 14cm high (2)
On the vase marked A, one of the paw feet has been restuck. On the other vase there is some slight flaking to glaze of one of the claws on one foot. Apart from these faults the vases are in good condition.
